| Still in the special camp's small tournament in the dangerous wilderness where the person with the highest kill count and highest rank kills wins god armor and cultivation ingredients. Not much progression in this episode apart from the standoff with Luo Feng and Liyao which seemed a bit dragged out. At least we finally see development between the antagonist after so many episode of Liyao and his wife idly sitting by. I wonder how Luo Feng will cope after he killed one of the 3 mercenaries and essentially on death's door himself. Also big kangaroo ruler/king sparring it out in the wilderness. |
| Those mutant kangaroos were actually funny... Nah tbh it was not dragged out...i was pretty impressed with the fight sequence...Best fight sequence yet and that samurai dude final fire form was actually cool. That black war god armor is actually way overpowered... but only 3 charges left in that laser cannon. Probably gonna use that cannon to destroy that armor or something ..let's hope next few episodes fights be more epic.. |

| For the first time Luo Feng under-estimates his opponent and does several tactically sub-optimal things. Dumb action #1: Why clear out the monsters and attack? A better tactic is to "TRAIN!!!!" lure the monsters on top of the other group, make them fight the monsters than surprise attack with sword or flying daggers while the other group is occupied. Plus there's 3 others with Li Yao and they already have numerical superiority not to mention levels, so this would be the best tactic. But no!!! Dumb action #2: Even AFTER being told how powerful the Black God Armor is, and how his flying daggers are useless against it, he keeps trying to use that tactic despite repeat failures. My god if Hong is telling you this why are you not listening to him and preparing a better tactic that will work? Being surprise your sneak dagger attack failed is bad. I told you so! MC had better figure out something fast, hopefully he has a break through. I did feel bad for the Samurai mercenary. He didn't deserve to go out that way. He was honorable and if Liyao wasn't giving him face, Luo Feng would be dead already. |
