| You know, when I was picked up this manga, I definitely thought it was about a skeleton bookseller managing a bookstore in a fantasy world. That’s not what the story is about (although the author did give a brief glimpse of what that would look like) but this is still a very engrossing manga. I’ve never really thought about how bookstores actually function and seeing such an in-depth explanation into how it works in Japan was very interesting, helped by the author’s storytelling and the great characters. Great manga, shame it’s so underrated though. |
