I keep seeing comments saying this is this movie is a propoganda and the first step of Anime globalisation. Did Hero Hei or sing other YouTubtatd say something?

What's Anime globalisation in the first place.

I can kinda imagine what they mean (anime made to appeal to foreign sensibilities) and no, this film is definitely not the "first step". Not even close.
