| I'm at episode 6 and the Christian influences in this show are real. Well, probably that it's saintly, but there's reincarnation as well. It's very rare for an isekai to focus on such heroism, since most of the time we get antiheroes that are relatable. I really like the idea of polytheism being explored as well. Which religious influences can you see in this? Is it particularly new to you? For example the fairies seem to me like a sort of echo to animism, in Japan that'd be the youkai? But there's polytheism like in Antiquity, and the Goddess of Earth reminds me of Christianity a lot. Just my two cents, anyhow. |

| I think there’s pretty much inspiration from every major mythology there. Not just on the gods but on the other magical creatures as well. But I always find funny how a Chinese produced anime could have so many references to religion and faith. |
