| I think this adaptation rushes through the novel because not only were there 4 cultivation systems but now we are introduced to spiritual resources and spirit aura causing frequent awakening - and this is said to be the reason for rising awakened crimes. Honestly, it's getting too vagur to understand and the details are mentioned once never to be used again (unless to reference another awakened user's cultivation) Also Lu Xiaoyu has mastered the arise power to revive a shadow figure of the criminal from episode 5, also reading his memories to find the location of dumped cash. The new principal from the beginning of the episode feels like he gets motivated by money and is searching for the spot. Lu Shu didn't do much this episode but he did manage to rack up anger points which at this point are just used for plot convenience. I will probably end up re-watching these episodes when some better subs come out. - earth-level practitioner (the criminal in ep 5) - C level practitioner (Lu Shu in ep 5 & 6) - The star map or solar system dantian that Lu Shu and Lu Xiaoyu get when the light beam from space touches them - it also gives Lu Xiaoyu her necromancer shadow ability (Episode 1-3 & 6) - The gacha system skill levels (roughly touches in episode 1/2 when Lu Shu checks the system for the first time) - e.g every time Lu Shu upgrades a skill like strength his body has those golden veins animation that let him lift hundreds of KGs effortlessly. Yeah it does make sense when watching smaller fansub ENG SUB eps. myanimelive consistently has the best fansubbing but this time they really struggled with Dawang Raoming; It seems like it's also on their lower priority list since it gets released days after airing in China and almost a week for episode 5 to get released. (They usually release Doupo Cangqiong S5 and Douluo Dalu S11 hours after airing in China) |

Since he is obviously higher than an A class given his test results in episode 4 and the fact that a "C-Class" practitioner beat an earth practitioner, it's possible to assume that an "earth" practitioner level is a completely different ranking system(but may have to do with the earth organization vs. the heavenly organization). It's also possible that Class A-F is an earth ranking system. And that there is a "heaven" system. (we also know that the guy shown at the table is possibly a B level practitioner which is a commoner level in the heavenly organization) I am unsure if the earth practitioner is due to the crimes he is committing vs him actually sacrificing to become an earth practitioner. Only once better subs come out will I be sure about that distinction. They very rarely touch on the heavenly system/Organization, I think it might be to speed through the boring development parts but it makes a lot of sense to why they have those different cultivation systems. Probably not the best approach to replicate it in the donghua though because we'll have so much information to decipher in the future lol As for the earth practitioner, after a bit of thought it feels more like his awakened element but I definitely hope an official sub can clear it all up |

Honestly I think these subs are just put through an Chinese OCR scanner and then put into google translate. I tested it out with a scene that seemed weird and only after putting it through a specialized translator did it actually start to make sense. If you put "什么鬼天罗学生的便宜都占" in google translate you get "What kind of ghost do the students take advantage of" which makes no sense in the context and is almost the same as the YouTube subs vs yandex which translates to "What the hell Tianluo students take advantage of" which I can assume means something along the lines of "What the Hell! Your taking advantage of students?". Such translation errors are probably because the hanzi(chinese kanji) for hell can also mean ghost in certain arrangements. I think the whole gatcha system is unique to Shu and the solar star system may or may not be unique to those past Class A or it's unique to only Shu and his sister. this is some next level investigation, but now it does make sense with all the vague translations. Based on how Lu Xiaoyu got her solar system, I think anyone can get it as long as Lu Shu rolls that specific tile on the gacha system especially since Lu Xiaoyu isn't a blood relative and happened to be right next to his gacha system when Lu Shu already had his solar system |
