| Ratings, Synopsis, Demographics, etc. All those criterias have been submitted by the Moderators. They make mistakes quite often so that must be the most logical reason. Yes, TLRD Manga is R+ (Barring Soft) so it would make sense if the Anime had the same rating. |

| Just saw this thread. It doesn't make sense if the TV version was censored so it's PG-13, isn't for example Centaur no Nayami the same? Another bad update from MAL, sigh. |
