Where do you recommend I get to in One Piece before I read this spin-off?

Probably an odd thing to see, but as someone who's starting to get into one piece, I would just like to know where I should get to before I read this. I assume when the TimeSkip happens, but if that's not the case I would wanna know. Thanks!

Yes, you can read this after the timeskip if you don't want spiolers, I think around chapter 600.

There is a character form the recent arc in the manga (wano) that makes a cameo, but that doen't really spiol anything and it is just one page.
