I know they tried to make the episode tense and serious but I couldn't take Leslie seriously fighting in that maid outfit.

This episode just feels off with Shigure and his team doing the dirty work. Pretty mediocre episode if you ask me.

EL-Cee's assassination plot, it just feels like an end to justification of personal vendettas to extermniate those unfavorable in others' eyes.

A cosplay infiltration mission to keep watch of the "Child of God" EL-Cee, and as deplorable are the surroundings in the Asylum, it's more dirty work for Leslie and his Platoon 11 team. Seeing Leslie in the maid outfit sure feels weird to adhere to Commander Vera's orders, and Shigure is just Shigure.

Larry and Reika getting caught in the fire, and so does Leslie facing off against his archenemy, with how Commander Vera is committed to this mission, failure is not an option. The only problem is that the execution is all over the place, trying to be intense but ultimately failing at it.

Wouldn't be surprised if Leslie is seen again in the future.

Just when Leslie was becoming even more a great character. This is a good episode that makes up for the strange one from last week. I appreciate that effort during the sword and gun fight. Music was nice throughout. At least Leslie's death look a bit ambiguous.

I really think that isn't a bad anime. I hope that is going to be more and more better in the next characters.

Dropped this at episode 3, but just wanted to skim through this episode to see if I was missing out on anything. Perhaps it magically got better somehow- but no, not really.

James Bond No Time To Die had some comically laughable bad guys who had terrible aim, rivalling that of your infamous stormtroopers. Maybe even worse. But then I watched a bit of that fight, with our femboy dude in a maid outfit. The guy he was fighting literally had him at near-point-blank in the same room, and missed. No indication that he had to reload, plus he had two guns, and he still missed. It really doesn't matter when it's in an anime with a 5.01 rating, but I just thought it was funny. Time stamp should be 14:36 if you're wondering.

Love the ed though, that's one thing I miss. Sometimes a good ed is enough to make you watch the next episode of an bad anime

The show is halfway through and it continues to give more questions than answers. Like the existence of an european style town smackdown in the Asylum, on Antarctica. What happened with Randolph Syndrome, is that not a thing anymore?

Average episode. Elcie is the 'child of God.' Still seems really forced to be honest though imo.
Leslie fighting in the maid outfit was funny I guess. That's some insane plot armour Leslie has or some really bad aiming from that guy shooting him... Also I mean come on. When Leslie had a sword to his head. The other guy could have shot him much faster than he could have been stabbed...

Leslie acting a lot during this plot, I still didn't like what this one shows, That was the scenes that get heavy or tense are that look cool with this show.

Not bad a episode but it was also pretty weird. Leslie didn't even try to hide he is a man so that was some real big brain disguise lmao. I doubt he really died there but we will see.

The big assassination failing like that was also derp but most of us probably thought Shigure wouldn't be able to go through with it anyway.

Lore wise I am more surprised there are entire villages in the asylum. They really need to expand on the weirdness of the world imo.

That machine monster looked pretty sick btw.

Well... at least this CGI mechatronic looked than the CGI monster in the first episode...

But I feel like Shigure should've easily taken the shoot on Elcie, not only that. But if our MC did shoot (and kill) Elcie, then he would also probably scare away Leslie's femboy. Otherwise, with those long seconds, he had time to switch between targets he could shoot in the general direction of Leslie's boyfriend, thus warning the ex-boyfriend that he is in danger and should run...

Welp, this show somehow got to the 4 score gang lmao.

Anyway, this episode seems to try to take itself seriously, but I just cant. Dem maid suit Leslie wears seems weird, but ok. We also got sum pretty kewl action scenes here. Shigure's decision was pretty dumb btw.

Well the execution failed, obviously. And with Leslie gone, I wonder how the group will recover from this, because at this point, it's a lotta damage.

well rip Leslie funniest dude at least livens up the sleepy show.
Nice scenery & village art. lots of new folks & questions.
What was shaved bf's goal even?
MC's a hero type & with so many factions looks mission's bound to fail.

Did they seriously just kill the best character in the show, only halfway through?

What reason do I even have to keep watching this?

I personally don't like Leslie that much but he was definitely the most interesting character out of the dull bunch, although I got the feeling he didn't really die there at the end.

If Leslie is perma dead the second half of this show is going to be a bit of a grind. They aren't the sole reason I'm watching the show but they certainly have been the most interesting character. Also I don't really get the Asylum at all, before it was revealed that some weird fantasty world humans lived there I figured it was just full of monsters. Truth is I don't think I really get what this show is or wants to be? I'm not hating it, in actuality it's a weirdly easy watch despite its releative mediocrity but I would like more to be explained. Maybe now they messed up the 'job' we'll see some real developement in the story?
