Froggy's master is on the hunt for his failure of an apprentice, and Froggy is subsequently seeking refuge at the Wangs' house.

Meanwhile, Father Wang's application of some newly developed spiritual figures onto his son (with Froggy's assistance) results in some unexpected bugs - a speech problem, an over enthusiastic Lingling and enlightenment on all of the downstairs household objects when instructor Pan pays a visit.

Just when his demonic master has found him and Froggy is both literally and figuratively about to meet his maker, Father Wang removes the seal from Ling's neck. Ling's massive spiritual force leaks out, blowing a hole into a distant mountain and blasting away said demonic master - although I doubt this is the last we've seen of him. Froggy lives to see another day...for now.

The ED is so peaceful and serene; a completely different vibe from the OP.

There are no english subtitles though, which is what I assume you are looking for.

Funimation released Season 1 and started simulcasting Season 2 from October 29: https://www.funimation.com/shows/the-daily-life-of-the-immortal-king/

You will need premium though, and I'm also pretty sure you can only watch in America, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. Use a VPN if you aren't in these areas, I guess?

Sort of related, but you have to search the English name on Funimation to get a result. For e.g. if you searched 'Xian Wang de Richang Shenghuo', you would not get any results. However if you search 'The Daily Life of the Immortal King', you will get results.

ONA stands for 'original net animation', which typically means animation relased onto the internet. For e.g. this donghua was directly released on bilibili (and Funimation) and not on television like all the other seasonals are. Find out more by googling..? (which, no offense, you could have done before)

A lot of other ONA were also simulcasted..? E.g. Shiguang Daliren, Mo Dao Zu Shi, Quanzhi Gaoshou. The only example that I can think of from the top of my head that wasn't released episode by episode is Devilman: Crybaby.

It's funny how both EP discussions are about ''Where can I watch this'' rather than ''How was the episode?''..

Anyway, The emperor of the Demons and Froggy's master conversation was pretty interesting. And the Earth is absorbing the spiritual energy from the Demon's World because their GSF product is lower than theirs. The switch to Froggy after Froggy's master praised him was mad hiliarious xD

I seriously love Froggy's masters' design, it's just beautiful. One of the best designs I've seen this past years. He's also as old as the universe which made him pretty interesting.

Instructor Pan goes for a home visit but the home situation is in a nutshell. Everything is completely going wrong and even Wang Ling screamed at the top of his lungs after a bug from the seals. It took them so many times to get it right. I love how the Mom changed the Instructor's view on the students.

Wang Ling using Froggy as a gun was hiliaroust too xD Well, the ending was rather suprising. The father tears off the seal and Ling's spiritual force leaks out like never before and at the same time, the master opens the door and gets hit by it.

I can't believe that a guy as old as the universe died like that xD Well, Froggy is alive because of that.

The ED is pretty nice, it's chill.

i knew ona meaning i just thought all ona anime release there all episode at one since they release directly on internet like way of house husband quanzhi fashi and other i was just confuse why they release only 2 episode not all

well, unfortunately, you are incorrect. not all ONA will release all the episodes at once.

Every single Donghua simulcast Funimation has gotten thus far have premiered with the first 2 Episodes. This is also how they premiered on bilibili.

gotta be honest, this 2 eps alone already adressed most complains i had about season 1 (weird animation and usage of "sakuga", consistency, jokes not landing), pretty funny ep.

Poor pencil and rubber, they got stripped away from their brothers and sisters 😔

Dude, when his spiritual energy burst off on the frog's master, that look he gave. It's the look you give after you relieve the piss you've been holding off for a long time.

Also, didn't the frog say his master was immortal? Did he die just like that? Doesn't seem like an immortal now.

So we don't think the demon is dead? I would like to see him interact with the characters a little before his end, but home boy took that blast right to the face, even lost his decorative piece. As much as I want to see more of him, I think it would also be damn comedic for that to be his end. After all his big talk, and that air of superiority he carried, then he's just surprise, one shotted, lol. Maybe I should watch the sub on this one too, 'cause I'm itching for more after that
