Wait why was it delayed in the first place, and if it is delayed for a whole week, I think it will affect the schedule of entertainment district arc.

No it does not. The entertainment district arc was set to air 2 weeks after the mugen train arc. now it will only air one week after

Not as far as I know, from what I understood there is 1 week break between Mugen Train arc and actual season 2, I think that break will just be cancelled which means season 2 should start at the same date as it should have, but Im not entirely sure about that.

It won't. There was already a break planned after the mugen train tv arc so now its just gonna be next week instead of in between the arcs.

Kinda good since after this arc ends the entertainment district arc will begin the very next week

It’s getting delayed because of politics but it’s not supposed to change the date the entertainment district arc is coming out but I don’t know how that will work

there’s a 2 week gap between Mugen Train and Entertainment District, they might not change the schedule.

General elections were scheduled on October 31. I'm pretty sure that the episode 4 wasn't delayed, was scheduled like that from the beginning because they were aware of it, so new arc will start on the announced date.
