I think it is better than the anime. Basically the 4 seyuus go around the town in the anime and visit place that were featured in the anime. It's real life CGDCT and well worth a watch. It's listed as ....1.1, ....2.1 etc on download sites.

I don't normally pay much attention to live action seiyuu videos (or seiyuus in general... at least compared to a lot of guys), but I watched the first season's live action features as they came out on Crunchyroll/VRV and found them quite worthwhile.
