Dunno which chapter to start from after the anime, but I always recommend reading from the start since its better to do that.

I really wished they brought out S3 but since its studio is dying with other projects like MHA S6 and many others right now, sadly, I don't see a chance in the near future.. it was such a nice anime..

The official sites are there.
Then there's Mangakakalot, Mangahere, Comik, Mangadex, MangaReader io, mangafast.

There are more but I guess these are the main ones

Its not like its impossible, but right now the studio is dying I'd agree; Noragami is one of those anime that has a popular fanbase and is among the best storylines out there, so they might pick it back up. I see it like one punch man season 3

Bones should have to ease with MHA for a while, to get back to Noragami and even BSD. It's been 6 years now but still having no 3rd season is truly a displeasure.

For manga start after chapter 37.

BSD's Season 4 is confirmed. Now I'm hoping they will pick Noragami up again so it won't fall into obscurity ;/

Seems unlikely, but you never know because Devil is a Part Timer received a second season after about eight years if I remember correctly. Although, apparently the manga is not selling too well so that does not help it chances of returning either, but I personally hope it does because it is one my favorite managa.
