Should I watch this show??

I’ve watched this anime about 7 years ago because of a friend’s recommendation. I must have not liked it so much because I do not remember a single thing that happened in this show. I don’t remember the plot, the power system, the characters, not even a glimpse of a scene. This is the only anime I’ve watched and have no recollection of, which kind of bugs me.

Now that it’s been years, do you think I would appreciate this show? Is it worth rewatching??

Yeah this show isn't really very memorable for me either, not that it was bad, because I remember I enjoyed it enough to finish all the episodes, but forgot most of what the anime was about.

Because of this thread I actually went back to refresh my memory. I just remember that the ending isn't the best (imo) especially with the main couple. I would recommend you to rewatch the first few episodes to see if you like the concept of the anime. Not sure if this is helpful at all, but just wanted to share that I also thought that the anime wasn't memorable.

I thought it was compelling enough to finish, but the actual ending of the anime annoyed me in the sense that it took 24 episodes just for them to end in a "Lol, buy the light novel now" kind of way.

I don't really know your current taste even if I used your MAL lists.

For me, I remembered watching this from some years ago, about the same time it was finished airing and I also watched this just some months ago and you know what, I still have the same opinion of this series. It is still a great series to have.

It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

It's funny how we had a similar experience with the show. I must have liked something about since I completed it, so I'll give it a chance and watch the first few episodes. Thanks!

Uh, well, it's...not bad? Yeah, it's not crap. But I wouldn't call it something other than mediocre. It's nothing special, and some of the plot can seem convoluted. Given what you've said you hate, Tokyo Ravens would be okay to watch if you're in the mood for some action-adventure, but it not even close to being a priority watch. You won't lose out by not watching it.

It’s an okay show. Watch if you want, for my part the next 20 episodes are going to be watched slowly, very slowly, the show/characters didn't "click" with me.
The main cast, including the first main villain are meh at best especially the first "villain" the magical all powerful " I am the youngest ever to reach a certain level on this wacky magical system world and I'll revive my dead big brother by killing myself" chick. I mean, c'mon do this chick have any brain cells?! that was her masterplan? I'll die so I can revive my big brother .... Brain fart much?
The two MC's are what exactly? One is a dead beat lazy af and the girl is .... What? Another all powerful whamen.
I am actually thinking on skipping this one.

Me every time I hear the word "reparations": 🤣🤣🤣
