Where to start manga!

But I’d recommend you to read from the beginning. Why? It is actually a slice of life manga involving Alice and Bocchan’s daily lives, the anime of course can’t show you all of it, they’ve cut off their daily interactions as well as some minor characters’ screen time. But if you read chapter 85 you’d notice that the author actually implied the reason why Daleth have scars on her face but the anime chose not to tell you and if you read further you might be confused by some characters’ appearance which you have not seen in the anime.

I got to ask but did Alice mom harbor any feelings for anyone that was said in the manga but not in the anime for some reason people say she might of had some for mcs/dukes grandfather or something because of how she supported her daughter in episode 10

the anime ends in chapter 68, so, you should start reading in 69.
Obviously the anime did not put the reasons for daleth's face because that is said later in the manga (chapter 85)hahaha.
For me, the anime made a good adaptation of the manga (chapter 7 put some of the moments of life that had been omitted). So if you really liked the anime, I would recommend reading it from the beginning, but if not, from chapter 69, which is the continuation of the anime.
