CAN WE JUST FUCKING TALK ABOUT THE USE OF 3D IN ANIME, WHY ARE STUDIOS SUDDENLY GETTING LAZY. I mean sure, if you want to use 3D for a large scale army BUT A FUCKING CHARACTER IN AN ANIME WITH 2D CHARACTERS!?!?!? it just makes it feel like she doesnt fit in the world the story make.

It's the production issues.

There are a lot of insensitive tweets from people who don't know the production situation. The outsourced animation on multiple episodes completely broke down, and Millepensee had to redo it all from scratch. The staff ended up being too busy for the later episodes that were set aside for them, which is a large reason for the poor quality. The staff are quite literally killing themselves to deal with this. Please be patient with the delay... I do agree with the sentiment that regardless of the situation at the studio, what ultimately matters is what gets broadcasted. No matter what the reason, missing the broadcast is heavily frowned upon. But I made this tweet because I just wanted people to know that my friends' studio is battling desperately for the sake of this anime. And the people who are slinging insults won't stop until someone takes their own life

I don't get the hate for 3d art. I get that it can feel off-putting like it doesn't match with the rest of that show's worls but calling artists/studios lazy for using it seems a little unfair. The CGI bear in Kamuy was hated but when I watched those eps it didn't take away from my experience of the show. Same with this show. Then again I've yet to see 2016 Berserk.

Again, people are overreacting just because its a cgi. The cgi from this anime ain't even bad compared to other animes. Just read the manga then if ur unsatisfied with the anime

I didn’t really get annoyed by the CG until the end, where on one of the fights they really didn’t need to use CG on the person which made it UGHHHHH

Every Ariel CG was ahhh so good. Trully, the most dissapointing parts were some of the human 2d ones, like their fight with the earth dragon during school.

But still very nice considering what happened. It's evident it could have been a lot worse (berserk).

So stop taking stinkers on this anime, wait for a second season or read the web novel. I think it has big potential, and it shouldn't go to waste just because some haters boycott 'cause aNiMaTiOn bAd.

Shit happened in the studio, while it may look bad you have to sympathise with the studio for putting so much work in and it getting fucked up. They aren't lazy, that are probably as disappointed as the fans of the show because of the animation in the later episodes of the anime

Then buy Bluray version. They improve alot especially animation in the 2nd cour. There was studio problem so i won't complain that much but i feel sad and sympathy to them. I read Light Novel instead and i feel goosebumps.

I'm still waiting S2 announcement, just announcement. I don't want they do same mistake again so i will wait no matter how long as long as there is S2 lol.
