| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Well this was a improvement from the first volume I think. It was nice seeing Lugh, Tarte and Dia at the acedemy, also I thought Naoise was going to be that annoying rich kid who was going to mess with Lugh, but it turns out he just wanted to make Lugh and the others his allies. And we finally got to met the hero, and I wasn't expecting her to be the way she is. Epona has problems with her past when she failed to control her power and ended up killing the ones close to her, and this leads her to be closed to other people, until Lugh approaches her and becomes her friend. We barely got to see Maha on this volume, so I guess she will appear more on the next volume. And finally the final battle was a improvement from the one in the first volume, it kinda reminded me of the final battle of the first volume of Goblin Slayer, and we got to see how powerful Lugh is, and even more just how OP Epona is, I think Lugh will have to find another way to deal with the hero that doesn't requires killing her, and by the way things turned out I guess that's what the author plans to do. Well can't wait for the next volume and the anime to start airing 2 months from now. |

| Alright, come back after reading volume 2... I've been reading volume 1 for quite a while and yeah, I'm back to continue with volume 2. What I got from volume 1 : - How the assassin was reincarnated. - Mission to kill heroes/Yuusha - Assassin's family - learning or training for magic - Looking for an assistant and test to kill someone - Studying trade and more - Scramble for the secret recipe and return to Towerhades. - Maha past and a bit of ecchi scene. - First mission to kill someone - Kill the corrupt nobles and save Dia. - Rogue vs Setanta - and the news of the emergence of a hero/Yuusha. That's the main point I got from reading volume 1, alright I want to talk about the 2nd volume. Getting a new family, yeah Rogue's mom really flirts with Rogue, Rogue's mom says Rogue can lie when he's 14, when Rogue is 16. Planning to enter a new academy and no matter what. She is a beautiful girl, besides that Maha is also very seductive here. I love the moment when Maha is talking to Rogue and drinking tea.They're talking about sacred artifacts, it's Vines Back, or am I wrong? I forgot to remember the name of this artifact, lol. The moment when Maha asked Rogue for a kiss was very good, apart from being Maha's assistant and also a sister of Rogue, Rogue realized that Maha was teasing him so Rogue revenge to Maha. Rogue approached Maha and kissed her, it was a kiss on the cheek. Seeing that, Maha panicked and immediately blushed, Maha did not expect that Rogue would actually kiss her. Rogue kissed back and yeah, I just read up to here, might edit, xD. Edit : I've read up to volume 4. What I got from Volume 2: - New Family - Preparation for entering the academy - Obtaining sacred artifacts. - Take the academy entrance exam - Meet Yuusha and Yuusha's power - Get a mission to become Yuusha's friend. - There was an attack on the academy. - Get a mission to protect Yuusha. - Become Yuusha's friend. - Perform eye surgery on Tarte. - Epona's past. - Battle against monsters - Tarte is getting addicted by Lugh's kiss. - Claudia want to have sex. - The attack on the academy and the appearance of the orc general. - Yuusha's Skill "Berserk" |
