Hope that helps It's not, the only reliable translation is the official one and maybe the first ~100 or so chapters posted on Mangadex (I don't remember the exact number). Everything after that is done with Google Translate. That's why they call it "machine translation" or something. They just input the text on Google then try to make sense of it. |

The official translation is on Wecomics and just went into hiatus at chapter 156. They'll take a while to catch up with the source which has over 400 chapters. Most of the chapters you read were also bad translations done with Google, if you see more chapters by the same person I don't really recommend you to read them. Best we can do is wait for Wecomics to catch up. |
