I think we can all tell that this show has good CG but how does the CG animation of this show compare to other shows with great CG like Beastars, Land of the Lustrous, Ajin, and Dorohedoro. Do you guys think its on the same level as the shows i mentioned?

I'd say it's kinda the same as Land of the Lustrous CG. It's holding up pretty good so far. The backgrounds and character movements are steady too. Nothing seems/feels out of the place.

I absolutely love the animation, It's my honest feeling. I Won't be saying bad animation undermining my feeling just to match with others opinion.

Yeah I’d say so.

The best is Land of the Lustrious.
Beastars and Dorohodoro both had very good CG as well.

It’s been a while but I remember Ajin CG not being very good

Honestly blown away . The animation is already good enough , but the BG art and composition is just fantastic . It just looks phenomenal .the concept setting is really cool and futuristic , so it would require an enormous of effort and skill to make it stand-out , and they did . Huge props to the DP , he has done a wondeful job in bringing the best out of the BG art and setting.

There havent been any very well choreographed fight like beastars or anything (so far) , but the very few we have had has been handled very proffesionally.

i am trying to find more info about the staff but there are very few reliable sources .

I would say that it definitely can hold the same company with those titles you mention in your OP. I haven't seen Ajin and I would say Beastars and Houseki no Kuni are still the best I've seen to date in this regard, but Night Head 2041 can be held in similar esteem.

Honestly, I've always preferred traditional 2D animation to CGI, both in anime and in Western cartoons and I still do and always will. I even prefer the now nearly extinct hand-painted cel animation in 2D to the digital animation, so I'm a stickler for a certain aesthetic. I came into watching the first CGI anime series watched with a mentality that I'd already be prepared to be completely repelled by it and feeling set against it from the start, but the exceptional ones like the series you list not only work in spite of the CGI, but in part because of it. They utilize its unique strengths to portray something special (Houseki no Kuni probably serving as the best example).

This is up there. I still absolutely would not want all or the majority of future anime series to be done in CGI as opposed to traditional 2D, but series like this make you not mind at all the ones which are. It's not ugly or distracting. It's fluid and feels alive enough.
