What just happened?

I loved the movie,the fight scenes,the animation and the animation .But I got confused about the plot,Dazai is killed,singularity is achieved,dragon is born,Fyodor does something to the skull, Shibusawa is said to have died,but then comes back etc etc.Pls can someone explain?

Damn its been a while since I’ve watched I don’t remember them killing Dazai off at all.

Also, I’m pretty sure this movie isn’t canon anyway by the way

This movie made no sense because the show made no sense. Both the show and the movie have no coherent plot.

I think Dazai somehow did not die from the stabbing and he was almost dead because of the poison, but he had an antidote pill hidden in his mouth and when Atsusi hit him, his body shook and ended up swallowing the pill... Anyway is super difficult to die in the BSD universe!
