I didn't get what they're talking about in the ending. Am I just stupid or there's something that I'm missing here? Either way I'm confused. If anyone could tell me about it, please help.

Don't worry that's pretty normal. Its very cryptic but if broken down its quite a simple scene.

They're all discussing the future of their relationship as a trio and what they each individually desire.

Hachiman wants something genuine, Yukino wants independance to make her own choices and Yui wants it all. How they will go about finding their desires while maintaining a genuine relationship as a trio at the end is what's at stake.

They know what they want and what each other wants but they fear losing what they have and are too afraid to make the first step. Yui declares her desire to end this conflict now by making a decision. She makes clear that she "wants it all." What that means is, to remain all together, to have Hachiman as a boyfriend and staying best friends with Yukino.

Yukino currently facing her conflicts with her family is forced to make a decision: give up on Hachiman and confront her family. Yukino wants nothing more than to confront her family with her own desire for her future but that requires sacrificing her feelings for Hachiman. She was about to tearfully agree with Yui's decision despite not fully wanting to. Hachiman stops her from doing so because it isn't genuine.

Season ends with Hachiman's monologue that they will continue to struggle to find the correct answer, no matter how many times they get things wrong. Scene ends with Yukino deciding to make a decision and asking for a request from them.

I see, so I wasn’t missing anything then. Thank you!

No problem.

Another quick thing to take from the scene is Hachiman realizing how wrong his original view of Yukino and Yui's characters were. He viewed Yui as the nice girl, which didn't turn out to be true. She's showing her selfish side and how dirty she is willing to play to get what she wants by exploiting Yukino's weakness of only being able to focus on one thing at a time and her strong desire for her independance.
His view of Yukino being a strong girl was also wrong. She's indecisive and weak.

In simple terms, they weren't gonna hold back anymore, and put an end to their superficial relationship and one of them was bound to get hurt.

You don’t have to apologize, that ending is indeed very subtle and not easy to follow for many. Basically Yui exposed how the relationship between the 3 came to a point where there is no way it can be sustained as it is. They all know both Yui and Yukino got romantic feelings for 8man so what happened was Yui tried to get Yukino’s blessing to date 8man but at that moment 8man doesn’t accept the fact that she is basically deciding this in Yukino’s regard (also we can see 8man also has feelings for Yukino). In the end we get a cliffhanger because the only thing we know is that the relationship between the 3 will never be the same. Watch season 3 and get a good ending regarding this difficult situation they are.

I have to disagree with people that says that says Yukino is the only one that is Indecisive(I agree that she's Indecisive but) with this case in particular, all of them were indecisive. 8man, Yui, and Yukino were all afraid to take a step forward(8man knows that Yukino and Yui has feelings for him because they don't really hide it, Yukino and Yui knows that they both have feelings for 8man and don't want to hurt each other which put them at a stalemate).

8man(since he feels that he already made mistakes with the Tobe, Ebina, Hayama, and Iroha situation which put more strain on their relationship and he doesn't want hurt them anymore than he already has so he is fine with them being as they are knowing that Yukino and Yui probably won't take any step forward either because of their situation) and Yukino(still facing one of her biggest problem which was her family so she can't focus on their problem, the trust issues trauma reappearance with 8man recent actions, and the fact that she doesn't want to hurt any of them) were content to what they already have(even though their relationship were beginning to be unsustainable and also started to became a farce/fake/sham the more they stay as they are) and are afraid of taking a step forward.

At the end, Yui (even though also feels the same way as both Hachiman and Yukino) decided to be the bad guy(watch season 3 and you'll realize how her actions to sacrifice herself as the bad guy to move their relationship forward actually what saved their relationship) so that they don't have to.

I'm Yukino fan but what Yui did was one of the best thing that she has done for their relationship. NGL, I was really moved by what she did.

As far as I remember that orange headed girl was asking for suggestion to hachiman and his girlfriend that her crush was dating her best friend cuz the club gave suggestions or helped or whatever the club did... In a joking manner she told that she had feelings for hachiman..... I MAY BE WRONG CUZ I WATCHED IT AGES AGO
