Found this volume to be sort of flat in comparison to the previous two. Definitely not as intense as the second volume with the political takeover undertones that surfaced through the rise of otaku culture that left Shinichi feeling a bit guilty. This volume focused more on bringing different species, races and communities together through the world of sports, particularly football and to potentially drive up interest for future sports manga/anime releases over there once the citizens of Eldant understand the concept of sports and what they bring to the table, and what kind of sports there are.

The interactions and whole storyline felt a bit bland and uninspired for the most part except the little segments with Brooke and his wife Cerise, teasing why Brooke's always carrying a sense of burden and guilt since the beginning of the story and how to overcome that. It was a minor part of the whole storyline involving sports but it was the best part by far. The actual matches themselves were meh, about what I expected for a fantasy setting like this with magic and superhuman strength/power everywhere.

Also, man is Minori having so much fun pushing Garius towards joining the other side, and he's subtly buying into that with the BL influences and sources.
