Just checked the manga and yeah, that scene was not in it, at least this clears up my confusion

The tentacles scene was kinda weird especialy since it was so sudden and on the first ep but i can turn a blind eye to it

Agreed. Her looks and design, combined with her expressions and personality make her extremely cute and instantly attractive. She is among the reasons why I liked this anime.
