Why is this series Unranked?

It in fact is a little hypocritical cause going by the logic that having sexual content excludes it from getting ranked, then many of the ecchi mangas need to be excluded from ranking too, for example, Domestic na Kanojo, Scum's Wish, etc. The amount of sexually explicit content in these two is undoubtedly more than Given.

But since i didn't read/watched Given , Domestic na Kanojo or Kuzu no Honkai , i won't debate over it.
