It's been over a month now and it still isn't updated Most likely this is a similar situation to the ongoing Dragon Quest reboot, where because it is a reboot that intends to FULLY adapt the source material rather than cutting it short or skimping in the same way its predecessor did, the episode count is still undetermined and unconfirmed. In the case of this we can only speculate based on calculating around the current pace of the adaptation in comparison to the source material. Unfortunately I am not a source reader for this series and therefore cannot contribute to these numbers, so I suppose the last thing I can say is, just enjoy not knowing and watch it as it airs so you have something to watch each week. Unless you don’t enjoy the anime, in which case just drop it I suppose. (Though I will also add the original adaptation from the 90’s had 26 episodes, so I’d say it’s probably around that ballpark.) |

Also this is not similar to Dragon quest remake at all. This is a reboot and not a remake. It has complete different character cast than the original. It just has same setting and themes.madelajn3 said: How many episodes will this have?
