DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Pretty chill episode but the small windows of moments between Emilico and Kate still interest me. Another pair to take notice is Lou and Louise's relationship. She seems to really care about her will being and in general protrayed as a very human character. |

| looks like they didn't remove anything this time, I was worried whole ep long I swear, cloverworks can create tension in most unexpected ways! also the barbi doodle in emilico's dairy was cuuute |

| This series is back on track again, and i’m fairly positive cloverworks should do an at least acceptable job at adapting the manga after the author cleared things up for last episode. Now we can know for sure that Sara is at the very least abusing Mia, that scene really hurt to watch. The debut begins, and things are only gonna get more interesting from here. I couldn’t help but notice how ridiculous Edwards outfit looks animated as well, I’m surprised they even kept the same pattern as the manga |

| Emilico is so adorable. Especially her expressions. There are some horrible masters like Sarah who don't care about her doll at all and then we have shadows like Kate and John who adores their dolls. I like John's character a lot. The shadows are quite diverse in terms of their personalities. Everyone's preparing for their respective debuts. Emilico once again helping others without thinking about herself is so appreciable. Kate looking out for Emilico was so sweet of her. Every other Shadow is so stingy. Loving the dynamic of this show so far. It'll be interesting to see what happens next. Emilico is at the bottom for now. |

| Ohh, I finally know what the debut is, quite interesting, but very complicated for Emilico actually The dance was quite beautiful too (≧◡≦) I don't really know how it will be in the manga, but I found this episode very good |
| Really enjoying the series so far. Has a good amount of tension and mystery to it. We're slowly being exposed to the story, and as some other poster in a previous episode said, they're not showing the plot/story/etc. in one big dialog as if reading a book. |
| Ok there we go, back on track. Really interesting episode that provided a lot of useful backstory and context into the shadow house. The debut is a really interesting concept. Felt bad for Mia though, seeing her get abused was hard. Edward and the others are also very suspicious. Lots of mysteries I’m waiting to get answered, that’s one thing this show does really well. Keeps you invested and wanting to come back for more. |

| What a delicious episode with tension and soot in the air. I don't know how the ass beating would help debut, but okay. Was interesting to see more about the Shadow masters personalities from Emilico friends. |

| The shadows are just as confused about the whole debut thing as the dolls...but then what the heck did Kate learn in those books all this time? lol We saw earlier in the bath Mia had scars but it doesn't really match up with all the blunt abuse she gets so that's weird. Plus how is that supposed to help her become better I have no idea. Pretty interesting episode overall. |
| The debut has begun. The ranking aspect plus the threat of death if the “dolls” underperform creates a very intriguing situation. I liked that we finally saw the relationships between the other “dolls” and shadows. It makes sense that their relationships would be a lot more disfunctional and problematic than Emilico and Kate’s relationship. Now if only Emilico will stop messing up. |

| Shadows House best episode yet has arrived with John at the highlight. The debut starts and its tense and interesting at the same time. This episode shows different personalities and quirks of our 5 pair cast. And Edward looks stressed this episode too. The first part with Sarah and Mia scene is intense and shows how other shadows our not like Kate and Emilico. And they adapt it good. The last part is the ballroom dance is nicely animated and next episode the garden labyrinth. Overall great episode |

| So the debut seems more or less like an evaluation of the dynamic between the shadows and their faces, and they get ranked based off of whatever observations are made. Emilico and Kate aren't doing so well so hopefully they bounce back. |

Last episode the fans panicked coz a certain character was "omitted" but a clarification was made by the author and the studio themselves, the said character will be integrated later on, as for the "plot/story/etc" you're talking about, if assume correctly that you're talking about the right thing, it'll happen next episode, as people been saying since weeks ago even before the first episode aired, the plot will be a slow burn EDIT: oh wait, I guess I read your comment wrong, so you're saying the show is one big exposition? But the show is doing the complete opposite tho, the show is a one big "Show, Don't tell." |

| start of the debut arc ! and also a little more look into the shadows and their dolls' relationships. we now know how mia got her scars from that shower scene, ricky sometimes lead patrick a little too much, lou being a great doll, shaun having the complete opposite personality from john (shaun is quite calm, john is loud and eccentric), rum and shirley .. not really having a relationship and of course emilico and kate with their complimentary bond. |

Anyways, the problem is cleared (with the disaffectionate look on Barbie's face), and Emilico is getting ready for her debut with Kate alongside the other Living Dolls with their Shadow masters. It's a big deal in the Shadows House for newcomers: - Mia-Sarah with the beating consequence (which was kinda the discipline that went a bit overboard); - Shaun-John with the mix-and-match; - Rum-Shirley with the same unconfident feel; - Ricky-Patrick with the obsolescence of evil overflowing; - Lou-Louise with the beautification and all. NGL, the Special Doll to the Shadows master Lord Grandfather Edward looks enthralling, and the trip to see Lord Grandfather for the debut is one thriller adventure: the performance on the spot is essential to the progress and grading of both Living Doll and Shadow master partner whether they can debut successfully. The balance between tensions and relief is a masterclass this episode, and threading between both lines is what makes this slow episode an enjoyable one (which is much-needed). Regardless of similar or different personalities, it only proves that the relationship between Kate and Emilico is an uncommon, yet unique piece in this puzzle. Out of the Garden, and into the Labyrinth. A special Living Doll laying the foundation, this'll make it interesting. |

| Great episode! Though some translation in the episode feels off. Feels good to see Barbie be proven wrong. Feel really bad for Mia, it was really Sarah that was abusing her. John and Shaun I feel like has the best relationship from what I am seeing, they're very wholesome. Kate and Emilico has a good relationship as well but they still have things to improve on. It's nice to see Rum and Shaun cheering on Emilico though, their friendship is sweet. Suck it Ricky, feels really satisfying to see Patrick and Ricky going down the ranks lmao. Really looking forward to the next episode. |

| Barbie got humiliated by a mere lowkey living doll. Mia laughed at it, which is a pretty warm scene. Too bad the later scene is a little disturbing and shocking me. Well, at least Mia can hold it up. So, err, i am just saying okay for now. Kate and Emilico again. Too late for preparation, eh? I understand why Kate laughing at you, Emi-chan. I mean look at that:  Funny af >°< Yo, finally they introduced the other shadows. Shadow Louise, John, and Patrick. They are surely had a lot of different personalities. The other one still quiet af. I wonder why? Okay, don't fret over such a trivial matter. I understand. Debut time! That adult doll, special living doll, acted as their judge, heh? Well, thats some unexpected kind of 'debut' to begin with, just show him what you've got? Damn, as short as ever. Looks like shadow Louise easily leading there, Kate dumped as the last because of Emilico? Well, ofc Louise attack hit Emilico so much until she couldn't do anything. Kate fret over the wrong matter, and almost made them fall apart in the last dance play. But, that last cheers from her new two friends got Emilico moral increasing again, and ended the debut without having everyone fail behind. Or not? At least they made him quite disappointing with the end result. Lets see what else next! |
