One piece recap now aired

I have started watching One Piece recently, and am on ep 100ish. This recap was supposedly aired a week or 2 ago and I was wondering if it covered all the events well. I also wanted to find out about the duration of the ova as it has not been posted yet. :D

There's not much dialogue - but it does show all the arcs and the really important parts of each of them. It doesn't show entire clips and I don't think its a good idea to watch this before watching the anime... it has spoilers! Other then that its actually pretty good. It felt a little long, but i liked the music and such.
