EDIT False Alarm. This is the tweet announcing it was a movie released between Febr. 29th and Feb. 31th 2022. It was Aprils Fools 😒

If it is a second season then I’ll be really surprised because I don’t think the anime was that big of a success.

Damn.

After Konosuba, I'd rather have a cour (season) than a movie. And probably it's not even gonna be released in theaters in western countries.

But that's better than nothing!!

EDIT I just noticed the dates. It was April's fool.

According to the tweet, the movie would be released February 29th to February 31th 2022. And right now it's April's 1th, 2:00 AM in Tokyo. The tweet was posted midnight April's 1th.

It was an April's fools prank.
