Chapter 3 explains how Honey's different forms work and that if Panther Claw gets a hold of her she will die. We are also told what Panther Claw is. Also in this chapter we are introduced to another well known character Hayami Seiji seems like in the manga he's a Newspaper reporter, which I believe was the case in the 1970s show too, depending on which version of the Anime it is Seji is either a Newspaper reporter, a cop or a detective.

We are also at the end of this chapter introduced to the main Panther Claw Villain Sister Jill.
