| It was definitely imagined. Tachibana’s hair was down for the run that lead up to and during the hug, however when it cuts back her hair is up again the same as the beginning of the scene. |

| At first, I was really confused in which side to lean on, but I was a bit more inclined for the real hug situation. But after seeing the scene again, I am pretty sure it was imagined by Kondo, and as some YouTube comment pointed it out, some episodes earlier Tachibana imagined she kissed Kondo when he was leaving for the train, after their date, and now it's "Kondo's time" to imagine. As the other user pointed out, the main thing that makes me think this way is Tachibana's hair! Also, her reaction to his words don't seem to fit with the hug thing, so I think it was Kondo's imagination! It was a beautiful scene either way, that really showed how both felt for each other, and how important they were for one another to be able to continue with their life, doing what they truly want! |
