Yataro mentioned wanting to kill Shirou and Seiroku, since all the Obsidian Siblings are connected by that Black Crystal in their chest, I guess that’s confirmation that they’re both still alive. So if somehow Yataro isn’t killed by the heroes I guess his other siblings might kill him instead because of those words, as I recall it was Yataro himself that mentioned the siblings are aware of what the others are doing because they share the same crystal in chapter 43. I always figured Shirou would be the first to think about killing other members of the Obsidian Brotherhood.
