So Matsunaga-san's moving day finally comes, and the rest of the roommates in the share house join Miko in throwing him a nice party! So many emotional little moments in this chapter!

*The flashbacks of how Jun was when he first came to the share house

*Their "I love MJ" shirts :')

*Jun getting teary-eyed and starting to cry when talking about how much fun he's had living with everyone (that made me tear up, too)

*That tender moment on the roof between Jun and Miko ("Hey Miko, let's make it work even if we're separated")

*Ryuu deciding to give Miko and Jun their space to say their goodbyes

*That kiss in the foyer! Such a tender, sweet moment between the two of them ("I'm off now") and the way Miko just broke down after he shut the door behind him

*The shots of life in the house without Jun there... things are going on as they always have, only a little differently without him there

*That surprise at the end where he gives her a key!! What a way to end the chapter. I'm interested to see how and how often she uses it.

It seems like Ryuu still has some feelings for her, but he's stepping aside because he can see that she loves Jun. I was wondering if Jun being gone would mean the dynamic between Ryuu and Miko would change, but it seems unlikely with the addition of Jun giving Miko a key to his new place...
