ARG based on the show? Weird Twitter account?

I was curious that in the opening Kambe Conglomerate is credited (I don't know as what as I don't know japanese) so I googled it and got to a website and a twitter profile that seemed to be linked?

I don't understand japanese so I don't understand a lot of what is going on and can't do further research. When I google anything related it only leads me to the official Fugou Keiji website or to buy the song, but even if I think this is a way of selling those, there seems to be a story too.

The twitter account posts updates of the same 'live feed' every day and states if there is an abnormality (there never is, it only happened once). Almost every post is the same, except a few. I got the website link from the tweet when an abnormality was reported (Here: https://twitter.com/NCity_Livecam/status/1284050262127022080)
When you enter the website it shows the message 'Who is the NAVIGATOR', a restore button and a power supply %. When you click on the restore button it shows you clues to a puzzle but again, I don't know japanese so I can't figure it out lol

I found a thread with the answers for the first time the abnormality happened and they all seem to be related to the release of the SixTONE's single Navigator, but the twitter account is still posting every day, so it seems it is still going? It paused for a while when the show was on hiatus

Anyone know anything?

That's the story on the website:
This right here is a virtual city „N.CITY” where Kōbe Corporation was established.
Right in the centre of the tower the main server managed by Kobe Corp. is located.

17 July 2020 6 pm (so the day the tweet went up)
Because of the system error of unknown cause the whole N.CITY server goes down.
For the system to be restored a password is needed. It is inlayed among the network. Can you become the NAVIGATOR by finding the password and save N.CITY?

then you solve puzzles (which are hella hard btw) and if you get them all right you get a message YOU ARE THE NAVIGATOR and a special prize. It seems like if enough people solved the puzzles aka the system was 100% restored then the song would be released or sth like that. And all those later tweets were just to keep the hype going while the anime was being aired. The day the new ep was out, the title would be added to the tweets along with the info that there is no abnormality and ofc there would be none because all of us are the navigators and we saved the city lmao

right? haha I also thought there was something more to it

btw it doesn't really matter but I just realized that I mistranslated and 神戸財閥 could mean Kobe Corporation like japanese city Kobe cuz it is spelled like that, but actually it can be read as Kambe as in Daisuke Kambe, so the whole thing means Kambe Conglomerate. Shocking. # 神戸財閥 was the hashtag in every tweet. It's so obvious I feel bad that I noticed only now lol

So yeah, that's the whole mystery lol ad for anime and its op song
