We carch up to Naoko who is suffering amenisa and meet doctor Ryuchi Higa he found noako crawling on his mansion barely alive and nursed her back to health even restoring her face. Naoko is apparently in a relationship with said doctor meanwhile Matsui is doing some reasearch on the good doctor and Pumpkin Night is busy killing yakuza gang.

Is the policewoman using Pumpkin Night for justice or is the doctor who manipulates Naoko psychotics tendencies?

Also i want Kazuya come back... just because i liked Pumpkin King more than Pumkin Night. I think he was more "smarter" treat, the whole sequence in chapters 26 - 33 with the gas tank was amazing.

He is kinda stuck in the ward with no memory like how naoko is. Make kazuya and naoko a killer couple instead dude.
