| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- And that's the final chapter. The ending and resolution to everything is a bit cheesy and sudden, but I think it works with a series like this. It was worth reading for the spectacle of the action scenes alone. |

| I know it might be a *little* preemptive for me to say, but I think the art in this is without a doubt the best I've ever seen in a manga. Everything about the art is god-tier, having somehow struck the perfect balance between style and visual clarity. The best way to describe it is as Ueda Hajime's artstyle on super crack. Of course, it goes without mentioning that this is definitely style over substance. I think the general premise is far too ridiculous and underdeveloped, especially in regards to the first half. You can tell that the person who wrote this is definitely better at writing dialogue than he is at storytelling, since he managed to make a bunch of deranged 12-year-old likeable. I sincerely hope that the guy who drew this goes on to find success. I'm absolutely blown away by the fact that this is only his second shot at drawing a manga. |
