How would you judge people if you were an arbiter of the dead?

I've recently finished watching Death Parade.I was fascinated by the brilliance of the anime.

It impacted me drastically in various ways.It made me think about the significance and value of peoples' lives.

I've been taught that~

"We don't live because we will die someday,it is because we are alive that we die someday."

After completing Death Parade,a question came to my mind.

If you were Decim,the bartender of Quindecim and an arbiter of the dead,how would you judge the deceased people? Keep in mind that unlike the initial Decim,you have human emotions.

I would probably give them the chance to do something horrible to help themselves (which they can choose to do or not do) then give the other person the choice. If anybody chooses the good thing, 9/10 they will be reincarnated. Also, unlike everyone else in the show, I would consider the past, but only in cases where I'm not 100% sure where they should go. After that, whatever way they leaned is where they would go. That's how I would do it, also I see this comment is very old but I just watched the show, so that's what I would do.
