'Princess Connect! Re:Dive' TV Anime Reveals Cast and Staff

The official website of the Princess Connect! Re:Dive television anime revealed its main cast and staff on Thursday. The first promotional video and key visual (pictured) were also unveiled. The series will premiere on April 6, 2020 on Tokyo MX, followed by BS11 and others.

Pecorine: M・A・O (Mao Ichimichi) (Id:Invaded)
Kokkoro: Miku Itou (5-toubun no Hanayome)
Kyaru: Rika Tachibana (Ore ga Ojousama Gakkou ni "Shomin Sample" Toshite Gets♥Sareta Ken)
Yuuki: Atsushi Abe (IDOLiSH7)
Mimi: Rina Hidaka (Toaru Kagaku no Accelerator)
Misogi: Sumire Morohoshi (Yakusoku no Neverland)
Kyouka: Yui Ogura (Yama no Susume)

With the exception of Atsushi Abe who is voicing Yuuki for the first time, the above cast members are returning to play their roles from the video game.

Princess Connect! Re:Dive is based on Cygames' role-playing video game of the same name. The game was released in Japan in February 2018 on Android and iOS devices as a sequel to the original Princess Connect story. Cycomics has published a manga adaptation written by Asahiro Kakashi and illustrated by Weshica/Shogo. Kodansha shipped the second compiled volume in February 2019.

This anime is probably going the route of being geared towards the fans of the game or it's characters. It' not something that will reel in or interest new viewers.
