From what we've seen so far it looks like the humans are the bad guys. How they had those sinister looks on their faces as they killed the demons didn't sit right with me. Especially how they toyed with that goblin child and gave him a cruel death. What the adventurer said in pg.31 further reinforced my opinion. "It is only natural to completely eradicate the demons who oppose our beliefs and refuse to cooperate with the realization of our ideals". Looks like the humans wanted the demons to conform to their beliefs, ideals, culture, and way of life but they refused. Makes sense considering nobody would like it if somebody wanted to impose their beliefs and ideals on them.

I'm also curious about the One and Two horned demon issue. Sophilia is a one horned demon and the demons that were protecting her were also one horned. Her sister on the other hand is two horned and they appear to be bigger. (Ch.1 pg.32 shows the back of Sophilias sister). The adventures even mentioned that among demons the one horned are the lowest of the low. Are the royal family of the demon kind allowed to summon demons but their strength relies on the number of horns the summoner possesses? Is their mana stored in their horns? Is Sophilia a half-demon? Why is she one horned?
