This girl (Fushizaki Ren) must be pretty smart if she could create a virility enhancer in elementary school. Her knowledge of science and ability to create inventions (like her automated iron maiden) sort of reminds me of Jimmy Neutron. Anyway, I didn't get too much out of this chapter or the rest of the volume. But at least chapter 5 (Techi and the otaku) managed to appeal to me to some degree.
