| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Kept thinking the vampire Brado's name is somehow related to DIO Brando I have to say what I like about Mikami is the lack of other anime as reference points but instead it feels like it draws from the rest of reality as reference points; like the humor of Yokoshima and Chaos having a literal pissing contest; Pete's fear an international military coalition will drop garlic on the island; the best part was the fact Brado is mentally stuck in the 13th century and used the famous medieval T and O map to plan his world conquest lol. That shows a certain intelligence at work here. I almost like Emi better as a vampire Meiko was pretty useless, as expected |
