Question about Yuki (Massive Spoilers)

please manga reader don't spoil it or at least spoil it with the spoiler tag...

So far what we know is.... that yuki died after Mafuyu told him to die (episode 9). the thing with these stories are we don't actually know whether he did committed suicide or died in an unfortunate event...I think the later makes more sense... I hope we know in the remaining two episodes

Let me remind that also in Yuki sucide alcohol was involved. In the episode 8 it was stated that he drank a lot of it and after that Maguyu found him. So quarrel and after that drinking isn't good match up.

Ive read chapter 11 mafuyu's line makes more sense. But do u know what really happened to yuki? Did he die because of alcohol or its really suicide?

To anyone that cannot tell the obvious or didn't pay attention at all. Yuki didn't die from alchohol poisoning or anything like that.

It was suicide plain and simple.

Maguyu was holding the guitar after while looking UP at yuki, so you can easily tell that yuki hung himself(suicide) this is kind of hard to miss. All it takes is common sense and a tiny bit of observational skills.

Since Yuki was already affected by his alcoholic state, likely because of the fight he had with Mafuyu, he commited suicide by hanging himself

I dont know if it is just me but how yuki died is just pointless and sad. They both got into a fight. Said harsh things in the moment but didnt mean it. Like ugh such a beautiful story and plot but that one thing just irks me to no end.

Mafuyu and Yuki fought because Yuki was not giving enough time to Mafuyu coz he was busy with his part time job and his Band.. Yuki was more indulged in the band because he wanted to write Mafuyu a song. He thought of only gifting him a song and didn't realise what Mafuyu actually wanted. Yuki unintentionally ended up ignoring Mafuyu. Mafuyu wanted to write a song together with him and spend more time ,as he already was in a different high school they couldn't meet up just as much. This caused Mafuyu to get upset and act cold towards Yuki. Mafuyu asks Yuki to stop with the band already which means that Mafuyu was unaware that Yuki was actually doing it for him .Yuki asked Mafuyu to trust him and said " I cant live without you" to which an angry Mafuyu replied " Would you die for me then?" and after two days when he went over to meet Yuki he found him dead.........
So after the fight Yuki ended up drinking for quite a while even maybe a day and ended up hanging himself?! To me it was a pretty normal lover's quarrel. It was complete lack of communication which led this to the tragedy but it still doesn't make a lot sense to me...
Why did he have to die??? He could've just sorted it out with Mafuyu... How could he just die... was it all because of that one line that Mafuyu said???? Damn man!!!! Suicide is never an option!
I dont blame Mafuyu for being angry coz he was feeling left out...But I blame BOTH OF THEM for not communicating. Instead of bottling up their feelings they should've let it out...
Well after this Mafuyu was shattered..
He couldn't even cry! Thats just too hurtful... In Vol.2 Chapter 11 Mafuyu has this flashback going on in his mind while he is performing the song...
He thinks to himself i presume "I (Mafuyu) am not lonely. No matter where I go You (Yuki) are always with me. You're in my head ,You're in the background. Wherever i go i can see you, i can smell you. I don't forgive you. I dont forgive myself. But i want to I'm lonely. "
This is so sad to read!!!

Well I'm glad Mafuyu moved on with Uenoyama. He had every right to. That poor soul has blamed himself enough.
Overall i love how the story progresses but i still dont get the reason for Yuki's death.. He loved Mufayu so why did he die just for a fight?! was he that naive?!

Sameeee!!! But I think Yuki already has a problem ever before their fight. Because when I'm reading/watching the beach scene, it seems like Yuki showing signs of loneliness to mafuyu. Like he's saying to stay 5 more minutes to drill their memories in Mafuyu's head so he can remember him for 5 more years and said that mafuyu will forget him after 10 years. 😔

yaaa what you said about communication also stuck out to me, I just finished the anime and idk if it was intentional by the authors but you could see how when Uenoyama first asked mafuya to join the band those episodes were really focused on him learning on how to communicate and be patient and take into account mafuya's feelings

Dans les réponses, vous avez oubliez de préciser que Yuki était dépressif.. y'a aabsolument pas que l'histoire de la chanson qu'il préparait pour Mafuyu, Yuki avait des envies suicidaires et ça personne ne l'a préciser
