To be honest, I think it's mostly due to the Manga being pretty recent compared to the others and only having 2 arcs (the second arc still having a long way before being concluded). For example the currently adapted arc in the anime, took around 3 years to be completed. So if they had to do a season of 24 episodes, we would have to get into filler territory and the director of the anime doesn't seem really experienced in that field. They may also have decided to only produce 12 episodes due J.C being overwhelmed with multiple projects, and Railgun probably airing this Fall. |
| I’m honestly glad that this will only be 1 cour because there’s still the Railgun Season 3 that’s due to come later this Fall (and I’m obviously looking forward to that more)! |

| - accel manga doesnt popular like railgun. - if accel got 24 eps, did they had enough staff to work ? or it'll become disaster like DAL III? - i think its okay to give accel 12 eps for starter, |
