How far into the story do Natsuki and Anna actually become a couple?

Spoilers, I guess.

I am currently at chapter 30 and it looks like this story goes for the "Tsurezure Children" route when it comes to the main couple.
Meaning, as in "Tsurezure Children", the main couple mutually loves each other, but is afraid to confess because they fear rejection and don't actually confess until the last chapter of the whole manga.

Does Nijiiro Days also "beat around the bush" like that?

Spoil me, at what chapter do the two actually get together?

Well at chapter 47 Natchan confess Anna, and there is a scene tells Mocchi confess Anna and made Anna depressed about love at Chapter 35 or 36 i guess.
