A private collector has a copy of that film and offered it (amongst others) for screening in Paris in 2002:
Source (french): https://www.cinemasie.com/fr/fiche/dossier/166/

Or does the mention "no surviving copy is known to exist in any private or public collection." mean it got destroyed recently?
If my portion of anime seen ever gets lower than 10% of the database, consider me dead.

@flammeur The website I was referencing suck ass ngl, I made a lot post like this for movies that I couldn't find on the web in hope someone would prove me wrong.

Thats some very useful information you posted here, so basically one family owns a bunch of old japanese movies and a screening of them was organised in 2022 in Paris (Where I freaking live, how unfortunate).

Je regrette fortement de ne pas avoir eu connaissance de cette événement plus tôt, j'aurais vraiment adoré.

@WashmaButt 2002, not 2022 so it's entirely possible it got destroyed or damaged beyond repair in the last 21 years.

It’s time to ditch the text file.
Keep track of your anime easily by creating your own list.
