I think it surpassed the manga actually.Episode 10 covered chapter 14.2 of the manga called "eating together"

After the first scene of episode 11, the anime went original for the end of 11 and all of 12. Whatever was the first scene of ep 11 was the last chapter of the manga that was adapted.

ooo, despite going original, it was a very good ending. thanks for letting me know. I didn't expect an adaption of a manga after like 10 chapters only.

It has way more than 10 chapters out in Japan. I just checked the official website and it has free-to-read chapters up through chapter 18, which begins with the main character meeting the pet shop woman's brother at her apartment (the misunderstanding when the brother walks in).
