| so that's the reason why Mao fight the heroes alone in episode 1. Her army, 4 generals, and maid were already defeat by Yusha party. I think Mao really don't want to be evil demon lord anymore. I just worry the princess will do something that make Mao want to become evil again. next week looks like a Rona episode... have to see this. xD |
| I take my word last week. Mao isn't originally a guy, she actually a girl (yes, this loli is her real form) while the big guy is only her form when attacking enemy. Cute episode as always. This week is fully dedicated to Mao. She actually cute, I love her fang and the demon wings. If last week they mentioned about politic, this week they mentioned about family, when they said that mom always keep us when we got sick. Nice. |
| The best episode so far in my book. So wholesome and pleasant~ I like Mao even more now. She got drunk on strawberry juice and started snoring as soon as she went to bed, lol. That sound was too cute. |

| the biggest takeaway I had from this ep was that the loli always was Mao's default form, the overlord mode was just something she did for the final battle. Awwww the heroes really do love Mao-chan sensei! |

| Relaxing and funny episode! I liked the focus on Mao, even a demon lord can get a fever, of course Heroes party would appear and treat Mao with all their love! I am glad to see flashback from Mao, she got a lot of candies xD, the other teacher is funny, they defead a drake together! Young Wife mode by Mei was cute! |

| Such a heartwarming episode that's focused on little Mao. <3 It's got a lot of cute adorable moments featuring Mao and her backstory. So she was a loli all along and the big demon lord body was just a facade. I thought the 4 girls would cause trouble for Mao when they visited her. I'm glad they didn't, and they even took care of their sensei who has fallen ill, awww~ <3 My heart strings! Just don't leave the cleaning to Seira because it'll be a disaster at her hands. xD Young waifu mode by Mei was lovely! <3 That caught me off-guard! I'm liking Mei more and more! I never thought our Cartado geek was a master of the kitchen! Definitely a good waifu candidate. ;D |

| In addition to being an excellent and healing slice of life and a bit of a change of pace, I think this episode (and also the 5th) is relevant because it creates an emotional tone to the overall structure of the series and shows that it's not just trying to be a parody and a subversion, but to build an entirely different and functioning world stemming from this subversion. In other words, it has grown from the reference to become a statement in itself, and it solidifies the bold move the series made with Mao in episode 2 by giving it even more weight in its overall story and mood. This series is great and it's just so understated. |

| With the character of Mao, the whole story acquires more value, now I'm sure. The episode was really nice to watch and follow his memories made me understand so many things that I was giving to forget, better late than never, I would dare to say. |

| Yes! An episode focused on Mao. It was a nice one although I have to say that Mei in her young wife mode was the highlight in my opinion, such a lovely girl. At first, I felt a bit bad for Mao when Yuusha and the rest appeared in her door but I'm glad they took good care of her in the end. It was also nice to see a bit of her past and how she become a teacher. Overall, it was a pretty heartwarming episode, my favorite and the one I enjoyed the most so far. |

| A wholesome episode. Poor little Mao got sick, but her best friends were there to help her. Those flashback moments helped to clarify some details of the past events. Now we know better what happened after the battle. |
