Should Hitomi-sensei no Hokenshitsu become an anime?

As I have read the latest volume of Hitomi-sensei no Hokenshitsu, Vol. 8, I thought that maybe it cam become anime, but some things might have to be changed, so that it doesn't get a R rating as the manga has been given a teen rating.

But as I read the last vol, vol. 8, it got a bit confusing and then I thought maybe not.

What do you think, should it become an anime or not?
