| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- What Falls in Spring and Wolf: It's these slice of life stories where I feel Spice & Wolf shines the brightest. You get amazing interactions between Lawrence and Holo with some cool world building on the side. What I like the most in the chapter is how well balanced Lawrence and Holo are; they know each other. The trick that Lawrence played at the end of the chapter is easily the best one he's pulled so far in the first 20 volumes. That's what he can pull off by being with her for for a long time. |
