How much of the Manga has been adapted?

Does anyone know how much of the Manga has been adapted so far with the end of the third season?

I know there are 18 volumes of the Manga out at this point, but, since they haven't been scanlated (to my knowledge), and no one has licensed them for Western release, I have no clue what percentage of the Manga has been covered so far, which naturally affects the chances and timing of any future seasons. If anyone has been keeping up with the Japanese release of the Manga and could let me know, I'd really appreciate it.

Love this series, and really want to see it continue all the way to Honnouji (Even if that would obviously make for a depressing ending).
