✧ Overskill Creation ✧
✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧

This is the Overskill Creation Thread.
Here you can spend Character Points (CP) to create a single Overskill.
What are Overskills? In essence, they are skills that exceed your current Skill Limit. Your Skill Limit is tied to your Character RANK.
However, an Overskill allows you to use a skill 1 Rank beyond your Skill Limit. If you are at RANK D, it means you can create 1 C-ranked Skill.
After approval, your character's CP will be deducted from his/her Character Profile and the additional CP value of your Skill will be added to your Character Form.

Skill Levels:

Things to keep in mind:
  • Only 1 Overskill per Talent.
  • The normal rules of skill creation apply.
  • You can turn a regular skill into an Overskill.
  • Overskills can grow too. Any Overskill can be upgraded in the Skill Creation Thread.
  • Once an Overskill is created, it will retain the "Overskill" tag regardless of whether it exceeds the Skill Limit or not.
To create an Overskill simply copy&paste&edit the form provided below and wait for approval:

Overskill Creation

    Affected Character: Victorique

    Character RANK: D

    Character Talent: Shoot First Policy
    Despite her size and appearance, Victorique doesn't shy away from using violence to get what she wants. Whenever she needs to utilize violence, she relies on her handgun. Due to this, she has become known for using a rather infamous 'shoot first policy'.

    CP Cost: 4 CP (E>C)

    [Rank C] Paralysing Round (Spell)

      - Description:
      For those that try to run.

      - Effect: Victorique summons and loads a paralysing round, taking up a phase.
      After this, her next attack (skill or normal projectile) will inflict two phases of paralyse.
      - Attribute Modifier: None
      - Cost: 30 prana & 10 stamina
      - Affinity: Support
      - Limitations:
      • The round must be summoned and loaded during a phase.

Overskill Creation

    Affected Character: Arona

    Character RANK: D

    Character Talent: Priestess of Lightning
    Arona uses the power of Lightning, after being gifted with the power mysteriously.

    CP Cost: 6 CP

    Overskill

    [Rank C] Electrical Lockdown (SPELL)

      - Description:
      Arona is a Glass Cannon. Cannons themselves do not move. As such, this spell locks Arona in a position, leaving her extremely vulnerable for a huge powerup in her spells. Arona casts the spell, and as she does Lightning courses between her and the ground. After one phase, Arona's attacks and other spells become much more powerful, at the cost of leaving her vulnerable. Due to the electricity coursing through her to the ground, her Static Charge passive does not go away, but it is not boosted either.

      - Effect: Arona is locked in place 5 meters above the ground. All of Arona's spells now gain a +35 damage. Static Charge is unaffected, but is still active during this. After the skill ends, she needs to wait a phase before acting again. Arona can reactivate the skill immediately again to not have to wait a phase to act.
      - Attribute Modifier: None
      - Cost: 20 prana & 10 stamina initially, then 10 prana & 10 stamina a Phase. Cancelling early without the grace period will cause Arona to lose 15 prana.
      - Type: Active Continuous
      - Duration: 6 Phases
      - Affinity: Support
      - Prerequisites:

      - Limitations:
      • Arona can not move during this spell.
      • Being forcibly moved by an enemy will cancel the spell automatically, although Arona will not lose prana for it.
      • Arona must 'cool down' for one phase afterwards, meaning when she cancels it, she has to wait a phase to act again unless she immediately activates the skill again. Acting early will cause Arona to lose prana.
