DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Ofc the incompetent eastern doctors come to the western ones when they're in a pinch. But it really is a great opportunity. I wonder if that plan with the guy talking under the floor is based on a true story or if Tezuka made it up. Also the shogun didn't seem THAT sick tbh. He could talk just fine. Makes me think that the illness is just an excuse to not let him speak, the council probably wants to make sure they are the ones dictating how they reply to the letter. And I guess Ryouan couldn't escape the marriage after all. Wonder if this will change anything about his personality. |

| Falling asleep during his weddingnight, tz tz tz Tezuka. As the narrator said, this episode was rather calm. That the council suppresses the authority of the Shogun is indeed something we should consider. And he seems young and clumys, easy game. |
